White Card Training
About the Course
This course covers mandatory work health and safety training required prior to undertaking construction work in Victoria. You will learn:
- Knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others.
- How to identify and orally report common construction hazards.
- Basic risk control measures.
- About procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies.
- How to correctly select and fit common personal protective equipment (PPE) used for construction work.
Course Assessment & Duration
- Assessments will be completed in hard copy paper-based format
- Evening Course: 2 evening sessions Thursday & Friday 6:00pm – 9:30pm
